WILLIAM S. MCKEEVER is a Managing Director in the healthcare services
group at UBS Warburg Equity Research. He is a member of the
Institutional Investor All-American Team for Healthcare Services. He
specializes in covering health maintenance organizations (HMOs). Prior
to joining PaineWebber in 1998, Mr. McKeever was an Analyst with
Schroeder & Company. Prior to joining Schroeder in 1994, he was with

Before coming to the securities industry, he was a strategic planner
with MetLife and Director of Managed Care Development with Empire Blue
Cross and Blue Shield. He began his professional career as an Attorney
for UNUM Life Insurance, now UNUM/Provident. Mr. Shove received a BA in
Philosophy from the University of Southern Maine and a JD from the
