KEVIN D. WAGNER, Vice President of Equity Research, leads Adams,
Harkness & Hill's security infrastructure team, providing comprehensive
coverage of 10 security vendors. Mr. Wagner joined the emerging growth
investment bank in 1997 and since has focused on several software sub
segments, including enterprise applications and performance management,
security, and customer relationship management. During 1999, Mr. Wagner
assumed responsibility for the emerging security infrastructure segment,
growing the firm's security franchise to include perimeter defense, anti
virus and content security, and trusted e-commerce. He has been cited in
such publications as The New York Times, The Boston Globe, Forbes,
Investor's Business Daily, among others. Mr. Wagner graduated with an
MBA from the University of Wisconsin'Madison, an MA from the University
of Iowa (where he completed significant doctoral work in industrial

HOWARD SMITH is a Managing Director at First Analysis, coordinating
investment and research in selected areas of information technology.
Before joining First Analysis in 1994, he was a senior tax consultant
with Arthur Andersen & Co. He earned an MBA from the University of
Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of

CHUCK JONES is an Analyst, Vice President at Salomon Smith Barney. He
was previously associated with IBM for 16 years and prior to that he
spent four years in manufacturing of storage systems, storage system
headquarters and held various sales positions. Mr. Jones is a member of
the Computer Security Institute (CSI) and the Security Analysts of San
Francisco. He received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford
University and a Diploma in Economics from the University of Sussex. Mr.
Jones is married and has two children and his hobbies and interests

CHRIS HOVIS, Vice President, joined The Robinson-Humphrey Co., LLC in
1999 and specializes in Internet Infrastructure software firms with a
particular emphasis on Internet security and eBusiness integration
companies. Prior to joining Robinson-Humphrey, he spent nearly four
years as a Software Engineer in Silicon Valley with Intel and Alliance
Semiconductor. His education includes a BS Electrical Engineering from
Georgia Tech, and an MBA (with Distinction) from The Wharton School of
