WENDY B. CAPLAN is a Managing Director and an Equity Research Analyst in
the Industrial Manufacturing Group, providing coverage of the
diversified industrials and rail supply companies at ABN AMRO. Prior to
joining the firm, Ms. Caplan was a Vice President and an Equity Research
Analyst in the Industrial Manufacturing group at Schroder Wertheim where
she spent over seven years providing coverage of capital goods
companies. Ms. Caplan received an MBA from Pace University, New York,
New York, and received a BS from the University of Pennsylvania,

MARK KOZNAREK is a Senior Research Analyst and a Founding Partner of
Midwest Research-Maxus Group covering capital equipment, aerospace and
multi-industry companies. Previously, Mr. Koznarek was a Research
Analyst with Roulston & Co., he served as a Senior Financial Analyst
covering the capital goods industry. He earned a Bachelor's degree in
Chemistry from the University of Illinois, MS degree in Chemical
Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the Wharton

JOHN G. INCH has been with Bear, Stearns & Co. for over three
years. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Inch was an Analyst at
Morgan Stanley Dean Witter covering the automotive parts
industry. In 2001, he was ranked number two in Machinery and
runner-up in Multi-Industrials in the All Star Analyst poll
conducted annually by Institutional Investor magazine. Mr. Inch
earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from
the Ivy Business School at the University of Western Ontario, and
his MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at

GREGORY M. MACOSKO is a Senior Equity Analyst at Lord, Abbett &
Co., where he also has portfolio management responsibilities for
selected accounts in the small cap area. Previously, he was an
Equity Analyst for Royce Associates and a Principal at Easton
Consultants. Mr. Macosko earned an MBA from Columbia University
in Finance and Marketing, was a Fulbright Scholar at the
University of Cologne, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa in Math and

ALEXANDER M. BLANTON is a Senior Director at Ingalls & Snyder LLC. He
has been ranked six times in the Wall Street Journal's Annual Best on
the Street Analysts Survey in the eight years of the survey. Prior to
joining the firm in 1991, Mr. Blanton was Senior Machinery Analyst at
Merrill Lynch & Co., for 18 years. At Merrill, he was on the
Institutional Investor's All-American Research Team for many years and
ranked number one in machinery for three years. He has an engineering
degree from the University of Washington and an MBA from the Harvard
