SATISH K. TYAGI is a Managing Director with SG Cowen, responsible for

provides coverage of Healthcare Information Systems and Healthcare

over four years' experience at Bear, Stearns, and has previously worked
at Piper Jaffray and Natwest Securities, continuously following this

joining WDR, he spent seven years at Salomon Smith Barney as a Senior
Analyst and later as Vice President in the firm's Healthcare Services
Research Group covering healthcare services and information technology
companies. Mr. Hester began his career as a member of Salomon Smith
Barney's Healthcare Investment Banking Group. He received his
