LORRAINE MAIKIS is the senior Environmental Services, Engineering and
Construction and Homebuilding Analyst at Merrill Lynch Securities. She
has been with Merrill Lynch since 2000. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch,
Ms. Maikis worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both the New York and
Sydney offices. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting

DEBRA G. COY covers the water industry and environmental policy for
Schwab Capital Markets & Trading. Ms. Coy has covered these sectors from
Washington, DC, since 1985. She has created a unique franchise in
covering the global water sector for investors and has been responsible
for running the leading specialty water conference on Wall Street. She
has appeared on CNBC, CNN and other investment-related broadcasts,
published numerous articles in industry journals, and is frequently
quoted in financial and industry publications on environmental and water
industry issues. Prior to joining the Washington Research Group, Ms. Coy
was an Equity Research Analyst with HSBC Securities, Inc., and with

AMANDA TEPPER is a Senior Analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities covering
environmental services. She also intends to launch coverage on the
packaging sector. In March 2000, Ms. Tepper joined Chase H&Q to help
build the firm's consumer equity practice. Prior to becoming an equity
analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase, she spent eight years as an investment
banker in Chase's Consumer and Retail Industries Group, advising and
financing many of the leading companies in those sectors. She received
her MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of
Pennsylvania, and her BA (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Brown
