WILLIAM GENCO is a First Vice President with Merrill Lynch Global
Securities. He is a past President of the Environmental Control Analysts
of New York. Mr. Genco is a graduate of Fordham University and he
received an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
JAIMI GOODFRIEND specializes in research and investment in
environmental/ infrastructure systems and services for First Analysis
Corporation. Prior to joining First Analysis in 1999, she was an
Investment Banking Analyst specializing in consumer mergers and
acquisitions at Montgomery Securities LLC in San Francisco. Ms.
Goodfriend earned Bachelor's degrees with honors in Economics and
Political Science from the University of Michigan. She is a candidate

STACY GRAY DEVINE is a Director and Senior Industrial Services Analyst
at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, focusing on Environmental and
Infrastructure Services. Ms. Devine has been named to the 2001
Institutional Investor All-Star Team and was ranked number one Pollution
Control Industry Analyst by The Wall Street Journal in 1998 and 1999,
based on stock picking. Prior to joining Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Ms.
Devine was a Vice President at First Analysis Securities Corporation
where she was a Senior Analyst covering the environmental and
infrastructure sector. Ms. Devine has also been a Staff Accountant in
the audit group of Ernst & Young. She graduated summa cum laude with a
BS degree in Accounting and Finance at Drake University and an MBA at
Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Business. Ms.

RICHARD C. EASTMAN, CFA, a Managing Director at Robert W. Baird,
provides research to Baird's industrial team, specializing in filtration
and process technology companies. Mr. Eastman has been a sell-side
analyst for 14 years, most recently as a Managing Director and the
Director of Research for Tucker Anthony Sutro. Mr. Eastman holds a BBA
in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MBA from

ALAN PAVESE, who joined the Credit Suisse First Boston Equity Research
department in February 2000, follows the environmental services
industry. He has been a research analyst since 1995, covering
environmental services companies since 1997 and electrical equipment
companies prior to that. Mr. Pavese has held equity analyst research
positions at Goldman Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Before
that, he worked for General Electric Co. Mr. Pavese holds an MBA from
Columbia University Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering
