SHELBY A. FLECK is a Principal at Morgan Stanley, which she joined in
1990 and follows the electronics manufacturing services companies,
connector manufacturers, electronics distributors and computer products
distributors. Since 1998, she has been ranked Number One, Number Two or
Runner Up for her coverage of the electronics manufacturing services
sector and Number Three for her coverage of the connector industry by
Institutional Investor. She was also ranked Number One by the Greenwich
Associates survey in 1999 and 2000 for coverage of the electronics
manufacturing services industry. Ms. Fleck graduated from Smith College
and earned a Master's degree from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management. Profile
SHAWN M. SEVERSON is a Vice President at Raymond James Associates. He
is responsible for covering the electronics manufacturing services and
electronic components industries, and focuses on the technology supply
chain. Prior to joining Raymond James, he followed the industry for
several years as a Vice President at Everen Securities. Mr. Severson
earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Augustana College, where he

PATRICK B. RENDA is a Vice President, Investment Officer of J. & W.
Seligman & Co. Focusing on a broad area of technology companies, he
provides the Seligman Technology Group with support. He is recognized
for his achievements in the technology sector and was cited by
Institutional Investor as one of the 'Best of the Buy Side' analysts for
2000. Prior to joining Seligman in 1997, he was associated with the
national law firm of Fragomen, DelRey, Bersen & Loewy, P.C. and before
that had worked in television. Mr. Renda earned his BA in Business
Communications from the Annenberg School at the University of Southern

J. KEITH DUNNE, a Managing Director at Robertson Stephens, founded the
firm's electronic manufacturing products and services practice in 1996.
In 2001, PC FAB and ATOMIC29 recognized Mr. Dunne as an "ATOMIC Giant"
for being one of the 10 most influential people in the PCB industry in
2000. He is a frequent guest speaker at trade association meetings and a
regular author for leading electronics magazines. Mr. Dunne has nearly
