MICHAEL S. WORMS is a Senior Research Analyst in the New York office of
Harris Nesbitt Corp., covering electric utilities and the independent
power industries. Before joining the firm in 1998, Mr. Worms covered
these industries as a Research Analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston.
Prior to that, he worked at Brown Brothers Harriman, Shearson Lehman
Hutton and Moody's Investors Services in the same capacity. He is a
member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts, the Wall Street
Utility Group and the Edison Electric Institute. Mr. Worms is a Wall
Street Journal All-Star and earned a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson

Hugh Wynne is a Senior Research Analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., LLC, and a Senior Vice President of AllianceBernstein. He has covered the U.S. power industry since 2001 and is nationally ranked by Institutional Investor. Mr. Wynne has many years of experience with the power sector. Prior to joining Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., LLC, Mr. Wynne was Vice President of Finance for ABB Energy Ventures, an independent power producer and member of the ABB Group, where he was responsible for the nonrecourse financing of power generation and transmission projects. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President in Lehman Brothers' investment banking department, where he advised international utility companies on both debt and equity financing. DAVID M. SCHANZER is Vice President-Research of Janney Montgomery Scott
LLC. Previously, he was associated with PECO Energy as Director of
Investor Relations. He earned both his Bachelor's degree and his MBA
from Temple University. Mr. Schanzer is married, has two children and
includes travel, hiking and fishing among his personal interests. He is
