THOMAS MONACO is a Senior Vice President at Keefe, Bruyette &
Woods, Inc., responsible for research coverage of New York
regional and Puerto Rico banks and thrifts. Prior to joining KBW
in January 2002, Mr. Monaco covered Asia's commercial banks for
Morgan Stanley in Tokyo. He has also followed the sector out of
Hong Kong for Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns. Earlier in his
career, Mr. Monaco worked as a Securities Analyst for Salomon
Brothers, covering US mortgage finance companies and New York
City depositories. Mr. Monaco is a 1987 graduate of Fordham

THOMAS J. ROMANO is Managing Director and Founder of McConnell,
Budd & Romano, Inc. He is the director of research for MB&R,
publishing reports and maintaining earnings estimates on a select
universe of community banks and savings institutions. He offers
expertise to Advisory clients in areas such as maximizing the
effectiveness of analyst communications and shareholder
relations. Previously he directed US bank ratings coverage for
Thomson BankWatch, (formerly Keefe BankWatch). He received his BA

KEVIN T. TIMMONS, Senior Bank Analyst at C.L. King & Associates,
spent 13 years in the banking/thrift industry, working for The
Bank of New York Barclays Bank of New York, and Poughkeepsie
Savings Bank. He joined First Albany Corporation in 1992 as
Senior Bank Analyst, and moved to C.L. King & Associates in a
similar capacity in 2001. His banking career included hands-on
experience in commercial and industrial credit underwriting,
lending to middle market businesses, branch banking, mergers and
acquisitions and financial management. As an analyst, he has
focused primarily on banks and thrifts, but has also covered
consumer finance companies, mortgage bankers and REITs. He
received his MBA in finance from Fordham University and is a

JACQUELINE REEVES, Managing Director of Ryan Beck & Co., has more than
12 years of analytical experience and has spent the majority of her
career following mid-cap regional banks across the United States. Prior
to joining Ryan Beck, she was Director of Research for Putnam Lovell NBF
Securities, Inc., and also served as Managing Director of Mid-Cap
Regional Commercial Banks. Prior to joining Putnam Lovell in 1999, she
served as a Vice President, covering regional banks with Salomon Smith
Barney and Janney Montgomery Scott. Earlier in her career, she served as
a junior analyst with CSFB and NM Rothschild. She received a BS degree
