SAFA RASHTCHY is a Vice President of U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray and a
Senior Research Analyst focused on the Internet media and commerce. He
joined the Equity Research department of U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray as a
Research Analyst in 1997 and has co-authored key industry reports on the
Internet, including 'From e-Publishing to e-Business.' Mr. Rashtchy has
developed his research universe with a focus on the values and
limitations of online advertising and e-commerce, with increasing
attention to the new platforms such as wireless, broadband, and commerce
infrastructures. He has been involved in more than 20 investment banking
transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and M&A. From 1992 to
1996, Mr. Rashtchy was President of ColorWorks Graphics, the digital
imaging company he founded in Boston. Prior to that he worked in various
technical and management capacities in computer graphics and engineering
companies. Mr. Rashtchy received an MBA from Boston University and a BS
in Engineering from Purdue University. He has also published several

RICHARD PETERSEN is a Vice President and an Equity Research Analyst in
Credit Suisse First Boston's Technology Group. His research coverage is
focused on Internet companies that provide marketing, customer
communications, and related services. Before joining CSFB, Mr. Petersen
was a Vice President and Equity Research Analyst at Volpe Brown Whelan &
Co. Prior to that, he was one of the first employees at DoubleClick,
Inc., a leading Internet marketing company, where he spent three years
as Director of Product Development. He received his MBA from Columbia

JORDAN ROHAN is a Principal and is the Head of Media Research at Wit
SoundView Corp., with coverage of the media and entertainment, cable,
and online media sectors. He has been covering media companies for over
four years, including two years with SG Cowen and UBS Securities. Prior
to his career in equity research, Mr. Jordan held business planning and
corporate development positions at Walt Disney Company and Intel
Corporation. Mr. Jordan earned a BS in Economics from the Wharton School
of the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate

CHRISTOPHER R. HANSEN is a Senior Equity Research Analyst in the
Business Service Group at Banc of America Securities LLC, where he
follows the advertising and marketing services industry, with a focus on
both offline and online companies. Prior to covering this industry, he
followed the leisure sector. Mr. Hansen joined Banc of America
Securities in 1996 as a Research Associate, following specialty retail.
He received his MBA in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at
University of Southern California and his BS in Business Administration
