WILLIAM BECKLEAN is a Managing Director at Tucker Anthony Inc. in Boston
and head of its Technology Group, where he covers computer networking,
information technology consulting and telecommunications industry.
Previously, he was associated with Kidder Peabody and Bache. Before
entering the securities business, Mr. Becklean managed a variety of
nuclear submarine and surface ship projects with the Navy's Nuclear
Propulsion Program. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he received his
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Yale University and his
MBA from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Becklean includes rowing and

MATT BARZOWSKAS is a Vice President and Analyst in the Technology
Research Group at FAC/Equities in Boston, where he covers enterprise
networking. Previously, he was an equity research analyst with Tucker
Anthony. He received his Bachelor's degree from Boston University and

FARROKH BILLIMORIA is a Senior Technology Analyst-Communication &
Networking Technologies at Hambrecht & Quist. Previously, he was
associated with Unterberg Harris, Bankers Trust, Merck & Co., Timeplex,
and Graphic Scanning Corp. Mr. Billimoria is a member of the IEEE and
has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree
in Computer Science. He has been a member of the ATM Forum since 1993.
His knowledge of LANs, WANs, ATM, switching, routing, networking
management, and test equipment has made him a regular speaker at various
conferences and industry shows such as Comnet and John McQuillan's Next
Generation Networks and ATM Conferences, IBF and SUN World Expo. In
addition, Mr. Billimoria has been quoted in various trade magazines and

CHRIS DEPUY is an Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Previously, he was
associated with Hill Environmental as a Corporate Network Administrator
and with Stearns & Wheeler as a Consulting Engineering. He received his
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Union College and his Master's
