CHENG LIM covers the infrastructure software sector for Fulcrum Global Partners LLC. Prior to joining Fulcrum, he followed Internet infrastructure and application software companies at Goldman Sachs. Earlier, at Deutsche Bank, he worked in the risk management division, reporting daily risk exposure to management. Before Wall Street, Mr. Lim was a Signals Specialist in the military, where he deployed fixed line and wireless communications for an infantry battalion of 1,500 soldiers. After serving in the military, Mr. Lim attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, earning a BBA in Finance. TODD C. WELLER has responsibility at Legg Mason Wood Walker for research coverage of companies in the infrastructure software sector. Prior to joining Legg Mason in August 1998, he was an associate analyst at Prudential Securities following companies in the Internet and electronic commerce sector. applications software
