SANJIV G. HINGORANI is a Managing Director and Equity Research Analyst
at ING Baring Furman Selz where he provides research coverage of
software companies. Previously, he was associated with Raymond James &
Associates, Nomura Securities, Salomon Brothers and Intel Corporation.
Mr. Hingorani received his Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
from the University of Bombay, India and his MBA from The Wharton School
at the University of Pennsylvania. He also attended the Stanford
University Computer Science Graduate Program. He is a member of the
Association of Computing Machinery, the New York New Media Association,

DEBORAH KOCH is a Senior Vice President and Equity Investment Analyst at
Scudder Kemper Investments. Previously, she was associated with Stein
Roe & Farnham. Ms. Koch received her Bachelor's degree in finance from
the University of Rhode Island and her MBA from DePaul University. A
Chartered Financial Analyst, she is a member of the Investment Analyst
Society of Chicago. Ms. Koch is married and enjoys spending her free

CHARLES PHILLIPS has been President and a Director of Eye Dynamics,
Inc., and its predecessor since its inception in 1998. Prior to forming
OculoKinetics, Inc. (later Eye Dynamics, Inc.), Mr. Phillips operated
Charles E. Phillips, Inc., a management and marketing consulting firm.
His work has included assignments in marketing, operations and the
initiation of startup ventures. He has over 40 years of management
experience in both large and small firms. From 1974 through 1985, he was
Executive Vice President and Director of Akai America, Ltd., a consumer
electronics company. Prior to Akai America, he was President of a
Division of Rheem Manufacturing Company. He spent 15 years with Rheem,
rising from a salesman to a division level President. His management
background has encompassed marketing, new product planning, sales,
advertising, finance, accounting, manufacturing, quality assurance and
distribution. Mr. Phillips was granted a BA in 1956 from George
Pepperdine College, with an emphasis on Business and Speech Education. Profile
