TODD K. KOFFMAN, a Managing Director at Raymond James, joined the firm's Equity Research Department in June 1998, focusing on telecommunications and cable equipment. Mr. Koffman has been quoted extensively in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, The Street.com and Kiplinger. He has also been featured on CNBC and On24, Inc. He has previously held analyst positions at Lehman Brothers and Dean Witter Reynolds. Mr. Koffman also has experience as an RF Electronics Engineer with Raytheon and Grumman Aerospace. SAMUEL WILSON is the Analyst covering the data networking industry for the Communications Equipment group at Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in June 2000, Mr. Wilson worked at Banc of America Securities, Montgomery Division, and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin. Prior to that, he worked for four years at Applied Materials, Inc., in various engineering and management positions. He holds and has pending patents on tungsten and copper processing technologies. Before joining Applied Materials, Mr. Wilson was a Captain in the United States Army, stationed in the United States and Europe. Mr. Wilson earned his MBA with Honors at the University of California at Berkeley in 2000. DAVID H. TOUNG, a Vice President of McDonald Investments, joined the firm in October 2000 as a Senior Equity Research Analyst covering the telecommunications equipment industry. Before joining McDonald, he was associated with Argus Research, the Standard & Poor's Rating Group and the Global Capital Markets group of The Chase Manhattan Bank. He is recognized as an expert in the telecommunications equipment industry. In July 2000, he gave a presentation on the state of the telecom equipment industry at Charles Schwab's technology conference in Chicago. In addition, he has made numerous appearances on CNNfn, CNBC, CBS Evening News, and Bloomberg TV as well as given interviews on radio and in print publications.
