LUKE SZYMCZAK is a First Vice President in the Equity Research
Department of Prudential Securities, covering the telecommunications
equipment and data networking industry. Previously, he worked as an
Associate with Schooner Capital and as an Engineer with International
Business Machines Corporation. Mr. Szymczak earned his Bachelor's degree
in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and his M.B.A. from

KENNETH M. LEON joined Standard & Poor's U.S. Equity Research Services
in March 2003. He is a Director of Standard & Poor's Telecommunications
Group. He also follows the wireless services and telecom equipment
industries where he has spent over 20 years covering the broad
telecommunications services and equipment sectors. Prior to joining
Standard & Poor's, he was a Global Sector Head of Telecommunications and
a Senior Equities Analyst at ABN AMRO for the last six years. Most of
his 20-year research experience was at Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers.
He was recognized as a three time, Institutional Investor magazine All
Star Analyst in Wireless, and a four time Wall Street All Star. Mr. Leon
is a CPA and holds a BS and MBA from New York University. Profile
CHRISTIN T. ARMACOST is a Director at SG Cowen, covering the Data
Networking Industry. She has followed the Data Networking industry for
