Harkness & Hill for the firm's new Telecommunications Group. He was
previously associated with SG Cowen in Boston where he led the firm's
Telecommunications Equipment Practice for the past nine years. Mr.
Kedersha is the Editor and Publisher of Speed of Light, a monthly
optical networking journal. He received a BA from Lafayette College and
