RONALD G. MOYER is Chairman, President & CEO of BIOSENSOR Corporation.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering,
Tri-State University, 1956; Tau Sigma Eta, top 10%, Dresser Scholarship,
age 20; Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Drexel University,
1963 and Smaller Corporation Management, Harvard Business School, 1982.
Mr. Moyer's business achievements include: Reorganized the Decker
Corporation, turned it around from a loosing to a profitable business;
Founded Digilog, built it into an $18 million public company; Completed
four public stock offerings totaling $11.6 million and two public R&D
partnerships for $4.8 million; Rebuilt Digilog after a major fire in
1986 no loss of jobs or customer orders; Acquired 'Digital Electronic
Circuits, Inc.' (printed circuit board manufacturer), 'DBS
International' (microcomputer distributor), the assets of 'Network
Management Systems, Inc.' (software company), the 'CENPAT' product line
from Data Products Corp., and the assets of 'Avalon Technology Corp.'
(medical ultrasound). Mr. Moyer divested the printed circuit board
business unit, microcomputer business unit; sold Digilog in a stock
merger to CXR, and American Stock Exchange company. He is a private
pilot, instrument rated. Mr. Moyer's memberships include: Experimental
Aircraft Association, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and the
American Bonanza Society and a member of the Kiwanis Club.
