ROGER L. HOWSMON joined Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc., as Senior Vice
President ' Housing Division in June 2003. He was promoted to Executive
Vice President in September 2004. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Howsmon was
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Promo Group, Inc., a
holding company specializing in mergers and acquisitions in the
promotional products segment of the advertising industry. Previously, he
was a consultant in private equity markets with Aurora Capital Partners
from 1998 to 2000, and he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
at Sierra Detroit Diesel Allison from 1992 to 1998. Profile
LYLE N. LARKIN is the Treasurer of Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc., a
position he has held since 1990. In 1998, he was designated Vice
President and Assistant Secretary as well. Mr. Larkin joined Fleetwood
as Motor Home Division Controller in 1979. He was promoted to RV Group
Controller in 1980, and was then named Controller'Operations in 1987.
Three years later he was named Treasurer. Prior to joining Fleetwood,
Mr. Larkin was an Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen. Profile
ANDREW M. GRIFFITHS is Vice President-Controller and Chief Accounting
Officer of Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc., a position he has held since
February 2004. Mr. Griffiths has more than 16 years of international
public accounting experience, having served most recently as a managing
director for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles. Prior to
PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Griffiths was the partner in charge of the
Orange County, California, audit practice for Arthur Andersen. Mr.
Griffiths is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BA with
honors in Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University in the United
