ROGER BOSMA is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Lakeland
Bancorp, Inc. located in Oak Ridge, New Jersey. Lakeland Bancorp, Inc.
is the parent company of Lakeland Bank a billion dollar commercial bank
with thirty three branch offices in northern New Jersey. Mr. Bosma holds
a BA degree in Banking Studies from Empire State College and is a
graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University.
He is the author of A CEO's View of Loan Management, and authored a
regular column on lending for Banker's Monthly Magazine. Mr. Bosma
serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Chilton Memorial Hospital
Foundation, Pompton Plains, NJ; a member of the Board of Directors of
Habitat for Humanity, Paterson, NJ; a member of the Board of Trustees of
the Ramapo College Foundation, Mahwah, NJ; a member of the Board of
Directors of the American Red Cross-Sussex County chapter; and a member
