ROBERT S. VATERS has served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Inamed Corporation since August 2002. Mr. Vaters
was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of
Arbinet Holdings, a leading telecom capacity exchange. From 1996 to 2000
Mr. Vaters was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at
Premiere Technologies. He also served as Managing Director of Premiere
Technologies' Asia Pacific business based in Sydney, Australia.
Additional experience includes positions as Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer at Xpedite Systems and Senior Vice President and
Treasurer of Young and Rubicam, a global communications firm. Mr. Vaters
was also an independent Board member and Chairman of the Audit Committee
of Rockford Industries, a company providing healthcare equipment
