ROBERT A. STEELE is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Quintek
Technologies, Inc. He has 15 years' experience starting and managing
growth-stage companies. He recently assembled and led the team that
created iBrite, Inc., a wireless/mobile software company, where they
raised two rounds of financing totaling $4.5 million. Mr. Steele and two
co-Founders grew CADD Microsystems, Inc., to be the number one provider
of computer aided design (CAD) software, training and consulting
services to the federal government. Mr. Steele has been the company's
Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of
Directors since January 30, 2003. He was a consultant to the company
from December 4, 2002. From May 1999 through June 2001 he was the
founder and Chief Executive Officer of iBrite. iBrite filed three
patents based on Mr. Steele's designs and released eight software
products. From September 1988 through April 1998, Mr. Steele served as
Corporate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for CADD
Microsystems. Mr. Steele received a Bachelor of Science degree in
Electronic and Computer Engineering from George Mason University in
