SANDI L. GLEASON is a Senior Equity Analyst, Portfolio Manager, and
Principal of Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management, LLC. Prior to
joining Kayne Anderson, Ms. Gleason was a Senior Consultant with
Peterson Consulting Limited Partnership, a national litigation
consulting firm. She graduated cum laude with a BS in Business and
Public Administration from the University of Arizona in 1988, majoring
in Accounting, Finance and Marketing. Ms. Gleason is a Chartered
Financial Analyst, and is a member of the Association for Investment
Management and Research and the Los Angeles Society of Financial
Analysts. She co-manages the firm's small cap portfolios. Profile
ROBERT A. SCHWARZKOPF is Director of Small Cap Investments at Kayne
Anderson Rudnick Investment Management, LLC. He is a Senior Equity
Analyst, Portfolio Manager and Principal of the firm. Mr. Schwarzkopf is
the founder of Kayne Anderson's small cap discipline and co-manages the
firm's small cap portfolios. Prior to joining the firm, he was a member
of the Investment Policy Committee at the Pilgrim Group of Mutual Funds
and Portfolio Manager for Pilgrim Regional BankShares, a NYSE-listed
closed end fund with over $100 million in assets. Mr. Schwarzkopf began
his career in the financial community in 1980 as a Securities Analyst
for Crowell Weedon & Company. He graduated from the University of Miami
with BA and MS degrees in Mathematics. Mr. Schwarzkopf is a Chartered
Financial Analyst and a member of the Los Angeles Society of Financial
