ROBERT G. MCVICKER has been Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and
Director of Research for Oak Ridge Investments since its inception in
1989. He directs the firm's research efforts and co-manages the Small to
Mid-Cap and Large Cap strategies. Previously, Mr. McVicker was a Trader
at the Chicago Board Options Exchange from 1987 until joining Oak Ridge.
He is a native of Cincinnati and graduated from Ohio State University
