ROBERT H. DEARBORN is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager with
Lodestar Investment Counsel, Inc. Lodestar is a Chicago-based registered
investment advisor that manages investment portfolios for private
clients, including individuals, trusts, retirement accounts, foundations
and corporations. Mr. Dearborn joined Lodestar in 1991, having
previously been a Principal and Portfolio Manager with Stein, Roe &
Farnham. Mr. Dearborn received his Undergraduate degree from Kenyon
College, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of
