ROBERT DEVINCENZI is President and Chief Executive Officer of LaserCard
Corporation. Mr. DeVincenzi's career spans more than 25 years of senior
management in the high technology, secure networking and software industries.
Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for
Solectron Corporation, a $12 billion global contract manufacturing business.
Prior to Solectron, Mr. DeVincenzi was President and CEO of two privately held
startups Inkra Networks, a secure networking applications and services
company, and Ignis Optics, a developer and manufacturer of precision optical
components. Both companies achieved market success, leading to their eventual
acquisition by Nortel and Bookham Technologies respectively. Previously, Mr.
DeVincenzi served as Senior Vice President of Ditech Communications and Vice
President of Sales and Systems Engineering in government and commercial markets
at Bay Networks. At Nortel, he held several key sales and marketing positions,
including Vice President of Marketing for the Network Applications Division and
Vice President of Sales. Mr. DeVincenzi received his Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University and holds a
Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Profile
