STEFAN RANZLOV is a Vice President and serves as the Director of
Equities Management for Eureka Investment Advisors, a subsidiary of
United California Bank. In that capacity, he leads the portfolio
management teams for the Eureka Equity and Eureka Global Mutual Funds.
Mr. Ranzlov previously served as Senior Quantitative Analyst for the
Wealth Management Division of United California Bank, which preceded the
formation of Eureka Investment Advisors. Prior to joining UCB, he was
associated with the All Student Loan Group as a Senior Financial Analyst
performing portfolio risk analysis, cash flow forecasting and valuation.
Mr. Ranzlov also served as a Financial Analyst for the Federal Home Loan
Mortgage Corporation in Washington, DC where he developed models to
measure and analyze interest rate risk. He earned an MBA from the
University of Southern California in Los Angeles, and a Master's in
Engineering Physics from the Lund Institute of Technology in Sweden. Mr.
Ranzlov is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Profile
ROBERT BANNON is President and Chief Executive Officer of Eureka
Investment Advisors, Inc. In addition, he serves as Chief Investment
Officer of United California Bank. As head of EIA, Mr. Bannon is
responsible for all activities of the firm, including portfolio
management, research, marketing and client service. In this capacity he
reports to the Chairman of the Board of Eureka Investment Advisors. Mr.
Bannon also serves as an Officer and Member of the Board. In his role
as Chief Investment Officer of United California Bank, Mr. Bannon
supervises a portfolio management staff responsible for nearly 2,000
separate trust and investment management relationships, reporting
directly to the Vice Chairman. He has more than 15 years' experience in
the investment management field. Before joining United California Bank,
Mr. Bannon was Managing Director of Analytic Investors, Inc. At
Analytic, Mr. Bannon was responsible for a wide array of the firm's
activities, including investment research, product management, client
servicing, and business development. Prior to Analytic, he was employed
as a fixed income strategist for a New York-based consulting firm, and
was a financial economist for a major money center bank. Mr. Bannon is
a Chartered Financial Analyst and has a graduate degree in Econometrics
and Financial Economics from UCLA, as well as an undergraduate degree in
Economics from Villanova University. He has taught courses on
economics, finance, and statistics at the University of California and
