RICHARD J. ROUSE is the Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of
Lexington Corporate Properties Trust, a NYSE real estate trust focusing
exclusively on purchasing single tenant industrial, office and retail
properties leased to major corporate tenants pursuant to long-term net
leases. Lexington was created in 1993 by The LCP Group, the successor to
Lepercq Capital Partners, where Mr. Rouse was a Managing Director
engaged in all aspects of net lease finance, acquisition, syndication
and corporate financing transactions since 1979. Mr. Rouse is a graduate
of Michigan State University and the graduate division of the Wharton
School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania. Profile
