RICHARD RADECKI is currently Corporate Director for e-Business for
Delphi Automotive Systems. He was appointed to this position in January
2000 and is responsible for leading cross-functional and cross-regional
teams in applying e-business technologies to their respective business
processes. Previously Mr. Radecki had been the Director of Marketing and
Customer Development at Delphi Automotive Systems, a position he had
held since October 1995. In this capacity, he had responsibility for
Delphi's Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship processes as well as
Marketing Communications. He led Delphi in establishing a global
customer network system to enhance the relationships with over 30
automotive manufacturers. Mr. Radecki began his career as an industrial
engineer with General Motors at Harrison Radiator Division, now known as
Delphi Harrison Thermal Division. He held numerous positions at Delphi
Thermal including International Sales Manager, Manufacturing Product
Manager and International Operations Chief Engineer. He also served as
Delphi Harrison Thermal Division's Director of Sales, Marketing, Program
Management and Business Ventures. In addition to these duties, he also
was responsible for operations in Asia Pacific and Latin America. Mr.
Radecki graduated from Kettering University with a Bachelor's degree in
Industrial Engineering, and completed his MBA at Duke University in
North Carolina as a General Motors Fellowship student. Mr. Radecki also
currently serves as Chairman of the OESA e-business Council and the OSAT
Advisory Board ' e-Auto project. Profile
CARRIE L. ANDERSON was named Director, Investor Relations, for Delphi
Automotive Systems in January 2001. She is responsible for enhancing the
investment and financial communities' understanding and perceptions of
Delphi. Ms. Anderson began her Delphi career at Delphi Delco Electronics
Systems in 1987 as a college co-operative student in Kokomo, Ind., where
she held various engineering and financial assignments including
Advanced Project Engineer and Financial Analyst. In April 1998, she was
assigned to the Investor Relations Staff of General Motors' New York
Treasurer's Office. Later that year, Ms. Anderson joined Delphi
headquarters' first Investor Relations staff, and was instrumental in
the development of the company's tone for open and frank disclosure to
the investment community. In March 2000, Ms. Anderson was named Manager,
Capital Planning, a position she held until her current assignment. Ms.
Anderson earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue
University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Ball
