RICHARD P. NESPOLA is the founder, President and CEO of The Management
Network Group, Inc., a publicly traded 500-person global
telecommunications consulting firm headquartered in Overland Park,
Kansas with field offices in Chicago, San Francisco, Sacramento,
Washington DC, New York, London, Toronto and Buenos Aires. Prior to
founding The Management Network Group, Mr. Nespola held senior level
positions with MCI, Sprint and Telesphere Communications. In addition,
he serves on several corporate boards, is a member of the Executive
Council of the International Engineering Consortium, and was named by
Phone + Magazine in 1997 and in 1998 as one of the industry's 25 most
