RICHARD M. HADDRILL is Chief Executive Officer of Manhattan Associates,
Inc., a seasoned veteran with more than 20 years of leadership
experience in the software and technology industries. Since joining
Manhattan Associates in October 1999, Mr. Haddrill has been instrumental
in driving a strategic reorganization of the company, which has resulted
in improved new product delivery, enhanced customer orientation,
profitable expansion into international markets, record operational and
financial performance and a ten-fold increase in the share price, at a
time when other industry stocks have declined. Before joining Manhattan
Associates, Mr. Haddrill was President and Chief Executive Officer of
Powerhouse Technologies, a NASDAQ-listed technology provider to the
gaming industry. He joined Powerhouse in 1994 as the company's Executive
Vice President and was later promoted to President and Chief Executive
Officer in 1996, where he engineered a successful turnaround and a near
six-fold increase in the share price in three years. He received his
Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Michigan
in 1974. He has been active in a variety of civic and charitable
organizations, including Junior Achievement, The Boy Scouts of America
and various arts and technology organizations. Mr. Haddrill also serves
as a Board member of Danka Business Systems, a publicly traded office
technology company with revenues exceeding $1 billion, and Alliance
Gaming, a NYSE-listed company providing technology to the gaming
industry, and OutlookSoft, a venture-backed business intelligence
