RICHARD BURROWS has been Joint Managing Director of Pernod Ricard since
July 2000. Mr. Burrows joined Irish Distillers in 1971, a subsidiary of
Pernod Ricard since 1988. He was appointed Chairman and CEO of Irish
Distillers in 1978. A graduate of Wesley College, Dublin (Ireland), and
a Chartered Accountant by profession, he is Chairman of the Irish
Business and Employers Confederation and a Non-Executive Director of the
