RICHARD E. BAGLEY has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a
Director of AltaRex Corp. since February 23, 1998. Prior to joining the
company, Mr. Bagley was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
ProScript, Inc., a Massachusetts-based biotechnology company, from
1995-1998 and prior to that he was President and Chief Executive Officer
of ImmuLogic Pharmaceutical Company, a Massachusetts-based publicly
owned biotechnology company. Mr. Bagley previously held several
executive positions with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company from 1985-1990,
including President of E.R. Squibb & Sons, US and President of
SquibbMark. Prior to that, Mr. Bagley held executive positions with
SmithKline Beecham from 1968-1985, including President of SmithKline
Consumer Products. Profile
