Anatole Pevnev is currently a Senior Vice President with McDonald
Investments Inc., the investment banking, capital markets and brokerage
division of KeyCorp. With McDonald Investments Inc. since June 1998, he
is responsible for all aspects of McDonald's research of the real estate
investment trust (REIT) industry, particularly office and industrial
properties. Mr. Pevnev is leaving his position at McDonald to become CEO
of Interactive Digital Properties Group, a real estate information
company that Mr. Pevnev founded. Interactive Digital Properties Group
specializes in providing interactive market tours of real estate
portfolios for both private investors and REITs. Prior to joining
McDonald Investments Inc., he was a senior equity analyst at Legg Mason
Wood Walker, Inc. Prior to that, he served as director of investment
research at Property & Portfolio Research in Boston. He has also held
senior research positions at Aetna Realty Investors and Prudential Real
Estate Investors. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business
administration from Boston University and a Master of Science degree in
real estate investment and development from New York University, where
he was a board member of the Graduate Studies Commission. He has 19
years of real estate experience and has advised numerous US and
international pension funds on portfolio and investment strategies in US

TWST: Would you begin with a quick overview of what you're covering inthe REIT space?
Mr. Pevnev: Currently I'm covering office and industrial companies,
companies such as AMB (AMB),
