RAMESH PUNWANI joined Travelocity.com as CFO in February 2000. Bringing
more than 30 years of financial management expertise to Travelocity.com,
he previously served as Director of Business Development and was Acting
Vice President for Cruise and Tour Relations for American Express. Mr.
Punwani also held Chief Financial Officer positions at Tower Air, Empire
Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Pan American World Airways. Prior to that,
Mr. Punwani served in several senior financial positions at Transworld
