Robert L. Lee, Senior Vice President and Lead Portfolio Manager of the
Mid Cap Growth Team, joined NL Capital Management in 1993 as Vice
President and Portfolio Manager and was promoted to his current position
in 1998. Prior to joining the company, he served for seven years as Vice
President at the Shawmut Bank in Hartford, Connecticut, and has worked
in the investment field for 24 years. He is the Portfolio Manager of the
Sentinel Mid Cap Growth Fund and the Sentinel Growth Index Fund as well
as serving as the Lead Portfolio Manager of the Mid Cap Growth Team. In
his role as a Portfolio Manager, he has appeared on a number of radio
and television programs and in newspaper articles. A native of Woburn,
Massachusetts, he graduated magna cum laude from Yale University in 1977
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics (earning distinction in the
major). He received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1979 and is
also a Chartered Financial Analyst. Profile
Betsy G. Pecor, Assistant Vice President and Equity Analyst, joined NL
Capital Management in 2000 as an Equity Analyst. Previously, she was a
Senior Consultant with Catalyst Ventures, Inc., a firm based in Tampa,
Florida, that focused on strategic planning, raising capital and merger
and acquisition activity. Her experience also includes analyzing small
cap equities for Eagle Asset Management, Inc., a division of Raymond
James Financial. She has assisted on the growth team with recent
responsibility concentrated on the Mid Cap Growth Fund and focus on the
consumer sector. She graduated with a BS from the University of Vermont
in 1988 and received her MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the
University of South Florida in 1999. She is a Chartered Financial
Analyst and is a member of the Vermont Society of Security Analysts and
the Association for Investment Management and Research. Profile
