ROBERT E. HALL has over 34 years of investment experience, having served
as a Partner and Portfolio Manager for Emerging Growth partners for
seven years. He was also with T. Rowe Price Associates for 18 years as a
Portfolio Manager. Mr. Hall joined Brown Capital Management in 1993. He
earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from The Johns Hopkins
University, and a Master's in Business Administration From Harvard
Graduate School of Business. Mr. Hall is active in community affairs. He
was a Trustee for the Peabody Institute from 1981 ' 1986. Profile
KEMPTON M. INGERSOL has over 10 years of investment experience. He began
his investment career with Lehman Brothers and later joined M.R. Beal &
Company, Grigsby Bradford & Company and Dain Rauscher Incorporated,
prior to joining Brown Capital Management, Inc. Mr. Ingersol earned a BA
degree from Amherst College and an MBA from the University of Michigan
where he was a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Fellow. He is
an NASD Registered Representative (Series 7 and 63). Mr. Ingersol is a
Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Alumni Interviewer. He is
active with the Fort Worth YMCA ' Minority Achievers Program and the Ten

KEITH A. LEE has over 11 years of investment experience. He began his
investment career managing small pension and profit sharing accounts at
Prudential Securities and later at Alex. Brown & Sons. His investment
experience was augmented by working as a Consultant/Vice President for
Nexus Consulting Group immediately prior to joining Brown Capital
Management in 1991. Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from
the University of Virginia and a Master's of Business Administration
from the Darden Graduate School of Business. He is a Trustee of the
