ROBERT C. BUGG is a Vice President and Senior Investment Manager for
Comerica. He joined Private Banking in 1996 and has 12 years of
investment management experience. Mr. Bugg is a member of the Private
Banking Investment Policy Committee. He is co-manager of the Private
Banking High-Yield Equity Model. Prior to joining Comerica, Mr. Bugg was
an investment manager and equity analyst with SunTrust Bank in Florida
and AmSouth Bank in Alabama. He is responsible for the management of
personal and institutional investment accounts in the State of Texas and
is located in the Dallas Private Banking Office. Mr. Bugg holds a BA
degree from Huntingdon College and an MBA degree from the University of
Alabama. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the Dallas
Financial Analyst Society and the Association for Investment Management

PETER W. KENNEDY is a Vice President and Senior Investment Manager for
Comerica. He is responsible for managing personal investment accounts
for high net-worth individuals and has been with the firm for 24 years.
Mr. Kennedy chairs the Private Banking Investment Policy Committee and
is co-manager of the Private Banking Dividend Income Strategy. He
earned a BA degree in Economics from Denison University and an MBA
degree in Finance from the University of Detroit. Mr. Kennedy is a
Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the Financial Analyst Society
of Detroit, the Association for Investment Management and Research, and
serves on the Advisory Board of Founders Junior Council of the Detroit
