Melanie H. Peche is a Principal and Senior Research Analyst with Alta Capital
Management. She has been a Senior Research Analyst with Alta Capital since 2004.
Before joining the firm, she served as a Vice President of European Equities at
Salomon Smith Barney in London. She also was an equity analyst at Goldman Sachs
in London, and was ranked in Reuters and Institutional Investor surveys for her
in-depth coverage of the European special situations sector. She holds a
Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from the
University of Wisconsin and graduated from the Applied Securities Analysis

Kurt H. Brown is a Partner and Director of Trading at Alta Capital Management.
He brings 15 years of buyside and sellside trading experience to Alta. Prior to
joining Alta in 2004, He was with Black Rock Capital where he advised
institutional clients on strategic trading and risk management issues. His
clients include money management firms, hedge funds, and publicly traded
companies and officers. He also consults with high net worth individuals on the
hedging of concentrated equity positions and the formation of related capital
strategies. Prior to Black Rock, Mr. Brown worked as a sales trader for Bank of
America Securities and Montgomery Securities. He served as trading liaison to
the bank's hedge fund clients whose cumulative assets under management exceeded
$40 billion. He studied Finance and Economics at Brigham Young University. Profile
