Bain Slack is a Vice President in the Research Department of Keefe,
Bruyette & Woods covering regional banks in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana
and Arkansas. Most recently, he was a Research Analyst covering
Southwest regional banks at CIBC World Markets. Prior to that he was
with Vinson & Elkins, a Houston-based law firm. He received a Post-
Graduate Diploma in Business from Lancaster University in the United
Kingdom and a BS in Applied Mathematics from the College of Engineering
