PETER VAISLER, President and Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Recovery
Corporation, began developing the company in 1994. He and a team of engineers
and scientists have been working to develop the company by integrating existing
manufacturing and energy components into a single-process system to thermally
reduce waste rubber to a fuel oil to generate electricity. Mr. Vaisler
previously worked as a project management executive for a Canadian food
manufacturer, as a corporate planning consultant assisting technology-based
industries and healthcare institutions with the commercialization of
technological innovations, and as an international trade development executive
for Cojoint Export Services. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario
