PETER L. MURDOCH has been the President and Chief Executive Officer,
Director and Chairman of the Board of Sentry Technology Corporation
since January 2001. He is also President of ID Security Systems Canada,
Inc. Mr. Murdoch has extensive experience in the retail security
industry as well as in the sales of technology-based products. He has
been Managing Director of ID Security Systems Canada, Inc. since its
inception in 1987. He served as a member of the management committee of
Dialoc ID Holdings B.V. (Sentry's prior majority shareholder) from 1997
to 2004. Prior to joining ID Security Systems Canada, Inc., Mr. Murdoch
was Vice President of Sales for Catalyst International Business Systems.
He is an Economics graduate from the University of Western Ontario. Profile
PETER J. MUNDY has been the Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial
Officer of Sentry since February 1997. Prior to that he was Vice
President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Knogo North America
Inc. since January, 1995. Prior to that Mr. Mundy spent almost 13 years
with Knogo Corporation in various capacities including Vice President-
Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller and Controller of US
Operations since 1982. From 1978-1982, Mr. Mundy was with Ernst & Young,
where he started after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Adelphi
University. Mr. Mundy is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York
State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and Long Island
