President and Chief Operating Officer of Provident Bank of Maryland from
1990 to 1998; Executive Vice President of Equitable Bancorporation from
1984 to 1990; Senior Vice President & Division Head of Banking
Operations & Marketing of non-credit services at Bank of Boston from
1966 to 1984; Systems Engineer at Honeywell from 1963 to 1966; Marketing
at General Electric from 1961 to 1963. Mr. Martin holds an AB, from
Harvard College, 1959, an MBA from Harvard Business School, 1961, and is
