PETER F. GANUCHEAU IV is a Principal, Portfolio Manager and Analyst with

Prior to joining the firm as an Analyst in 1996, he was an Analyst for
Ancor Holdings, LLC, a private equity Investment firm. Mr. Ganucheau
has an Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin (Golden
Key National Honor Society) and an MBA degree from Southern Methodist
