BLAIR SANFORD is a Managing Director and Equity Research Analyst
at Cochran, Caronia Securities and has over 10 years' experience
in the property and casualty insurance services sector. Prior to
joining Cochran, Caronia Securities in 1999, he was a partner at
Hoefer & Arnett. He was named as one of the top three analysts in
2001 for stock picking performance within the property and
casualty insurance industry as rated by StarMine. He is a
Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the San Francisco
Society of Security Analysts, the Association for Insurance and
Financial Analysts and the Association for Investment Management
and Research. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum
