Tom McCrohan joined Janney Montgommery Scott LLC in October 2004 as a Senior
Analyst covering the trust and custody banks, and added the payments industry to
his coverage universe in 2006. Prior to joining Janney, his sell side experience
included senior analyst roles at Fulcrum Global Partners and Keefe, Bruyette and
Woods, working out of their New York offices. His background includes roles in
investor relations, management consulting, and corporate lending. At The Bank of
New York, he was Vice President, Investor Relations, working closely with senior
management on developing the bank's investor relations strategy and was the
bank's primary liaison with the investment community. He successfully completed
the bank's Management Development program in 1995. Before joining the bank in
1995, he worked as a Management Consultant for Price Waterhouse, leading large
scale systems integration projects for a variety of Fortune 500 clients. He has
a BS degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York and an MBA
