Wayne Johnson III, Director of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Capital
Markets, joined the firm in November 1999 and is the only Wall Street
analyst committed entirely to the Internet payments space. Prior to
joining the firm, he worked on the buy and sell side at Volpe Brown
Whelan, Robertson Stephens, and Scudder Stevens and Clark as a business
services and e-commerce analyst. He received a BA in 1986 from the
