PAUL F. FOLINO attended Central Washington State University where he
majored in Social Sciences and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of
Arts degree. After graduation, he immediately enrolled at Seattle
University where he received his Masters of Business Administration
degree while working full time at Boeing Company in Materials
Management. In 1970, Mr. Folino joined the Seattle branch of Xerox
Corporation where he held various sales positions including National
Accounts Manager and Branch Sales Manager. He was part of the original
Xerox team that launched Ethernet networking products into the
marketplace. In 1984, Mr. Folino joined Eczel Corporation as Vice
President and General Manager and was later promoted to President and
Chief Operating Officer by 1986. In late 1987, he left the technology
arena for two years before getting back into the sector when he joined
the Thomas-Conrad Corporation in 1990 as Managing Director of their
international business. After a very short time, he was promoted to
President and Chief Operating Officer of the company which experienced
growth from $18 million to nearly $60 million during his tenure. Profile
