RONNIE JOHANSEN is serving as Senior Vice President of Solutions
Development at Sento Corporation and served previously as Vice President
of Operations. Mr. Johansen has been with Sento since June 1998. Prior
to his arrival at Sento, he gained 11 years of successful software
development and support center management. He is the former Director of
International Development for Word Perfect Corporation. He served for
two years as the Director of Technical Services for Novell in the
Netherlands, where he was responsible for the successful consolidation
of customer service in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Johansen
received a BA degree in Russian Studies from Brigham Young University. Profile
PATRICK O'NEAL is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sento
Corporation. Prior to joining Sento, Mr. O'Neal served as Managing
Director of Digital Lighthouse Corporation and as President of DLC's
three subsidiaries that dealt with regulated industries (securities,
insurance and mortgage). Mr. O'Neal acted as the Executive Manager for
client companies including American Express Brokerage, Instinet Clearing
Services (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reuters), Norwest Bank, Sony U.S.
and Sony Europe. As the executive contact for these companies, Mr.
O'Neal participated in all aspects of contract negotiations, account
review and executive level strategic decisions. He received his
Bachelor's degree from Indiana State University and his Law degree
(Doctor of Jurisprudence) from Indiana University. Profile
