C. Daniel DeLawder is the Chairman, CEO and a Board Member of Park National Bank and Park National Corp., headquartered in Newark, Ohio. Previously, he served as President of the Fairfield National Bank, a division within the corporation, from 1985 through 1991. He currently serves on the board of MedBen, Truck One, Inc., and Fleet Services, Inc. Mr. DeLawder currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He previously served as a member of the American Bankers Association's BankPac Committee, as well as a member of the Government Relations Council of the ABA. He also served as Chairman of the Ohio Bankers Association and Director-at-Large of the Community Bankers Association of Ohio. Mr. DeLawder was a member of the board of trustees of Ohio University, Athens, from 2000-2009. He served two years as Chairman of the board and was Chairman of the Audit, Finance, Facilities and Investment Committee. He served as a member of the Ohio University Presidential Search Committee in 2004. He is a former trustee of The Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges. Mr. DeLawder graduated from Heath High School, graduated from numerous bank industry educational programs and earned his B.S., cum laude, in education at Ohio University in Athens. Profile
