C. Daniel DeLawder is the Chairman, CEO and a Board Member of Park National Bank and Park National Corp., headquartered in Newark, Ohio. Previously, he served as President of the Fairfield National Bank, a division within the corporation, from 1985 through 1991. He currently serves on the board of MedBen, Truck One, Inc., and Fleet Services, Inc. Mr. DeLawder currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He previously served as a member of the American Bankers Association's BankPac Committee, as well as a member of the Government Relations Council of the ABA. He also served as Chairman of the Ohio Bankers Association and Director-at-Large of the Community Bankers Association of Ohio. Mr. DeLawder was a member of the board of trustees of Ohio University, Athens, from 2000-2009. He served two years as Chairman of the board and was Chairman of the Audit, Finance, Facilities and Investment Committee.
