PAUL L. BECKER is a Group Senior Vice President of ABN AMRO Asset
Management (USA) LLC and has been associated with it or its affiliates
since 1984. He has served as a Group Senior Vice President and Chief
Investment Officer for the organization since May 1999 and as a Senior
Vice President for LaSalle Bank N.A. since October, 1984. Mr. Becker is
responsible for all investment process activities including asset
allocation, stock selection and fixed income teams. He has over 20 years
of investment management experience and over 10 years of teaching
experience in economics and investments. Mr. Becker earned an MBA and BS
in Economics and a BS in Finance from DePaul University and is a member
of the Investment Analysts Society of Chicago. Profile
NANCY A. ELLEFSON is a Vice President of ABN AMRO Asset Management (USA)
LLC. She began her investment career in 1987 with Firstar Corporation in
Milwaukee and joined the firm in 1991. Ms. Ellefson has served as a
consumer products analyst since that time and has co-managed the ABN
AMRO Growth Fund since September 1999. In addition, she co-manages
several other growth styles and serves as a member of the firm's Mid-Cap
Stock Selection Team. Nancy earned a BS in Business Management/Finance
from the University of Wisconsin ' Parkside and an MBA from DePaul
University. She earned her Charter Financial Analyst designation in 1990
